The unnamed Woman was a customer in Roy's Rolls at the same time that Jenny Bradley was in there looking after Jack Webster. The child spilled ice cream on the woman's coat and then helpfully gave her a tissue to wipe herself down with. The woman complimented him on his lovely manners and asked Jenny if she had any more children but, rather than correct her, Jenny claimed Jack was her only child. The woman said her goodbyes. It was one of several incidents that pointed to something having gone wrong in Jenny's unknown past involving a child.
