Torch of Iro is a unique Wand from Diablo II. With a boost to Energy, Mana regeneration, and Necromancer skill levels, the Torch of Iro is useful for low level Necromancers, but is lackluster past the early game. As it is a Treasure Class 3 item, it may only be found in Normal Act I. Its high uqlvl make it a very rare drop.
