Monomatari (伝説) meaning "Legend" is an orphan from an unknown village. It is not known how he was orphaned, or why, or even when. He looks to be about 13 years old, has an affinity for Fire, which could mean he's from the Land of Fire, and is a "Wild Child". He was found and apprenticed by Haya Michi.
