Dictators was an ale served on Mobius during RBR. The beverage was shown to be on sale at Spike's Place in the Metropolis Zone, with the label showing the grinning face of Doctor Robotnik. If there were actually any other beers produced during this period, they would almost certainly have Robotnik's face on it, as another drink next to this pump did.
