The crown's special ability allows the user to gain a stat boost when they are equipped with a book. The crown is a decent support job in battle, since three of the crown's abilities lower the enemy defense and attack stats. This will make battles simpler, since it will cause the enemies to take less out of the player's party and allows the player to deal more damage out of the enemies. The crown's third ability can be useful, since it causes all enemies to act last each turn.
