Donald Archibald Williams was an English Human. In 1974, he was employed by the Chrysalis Project after failed attempts at human cloning in the British Isles. He captured Gary Seven at Balam International Airport. Just prior to the destruction of the Chrysalis Project, he absconded with a virulent form of streptococcus.
