Notha Dab was the alias assumed by Nrin Vakil as part of Requiem Squadron, flying TIE/D Defender starfighters. Designated as a captain, he bore the callsign of Requiem Eight. Dab, as a Quarren in a unit that would have normally been composed entirely of Humans, used a desire to join the Ciutric Hegemony so that he would get the chance to kill Mon Calamari as part of his cover story.
