Ramon Luis Franco is an American actor, best known for his role as Alberto Ruiz on Tour of Duty. On House, M.D., he portrayed Mr. Hernandez, the husband of Lucille Hernandez in the Season 1 episode Heavy. Franco has had featured roles in High Sierra Search & Rescue, Resident Evil: Extinction, Weeds and The Bridge.
