Raip has taken a great variety of different forms over the years he has been alive. His most common appearance is off what appears to be a cutout of a human shadow, with his body being mostly black, with white form his features. Raio can also grow tentacle-like protrusions, and additonal appendages. He can also increase or decrease his height depending on his needs. When using Susano's body, these appendages can appear, though they appear separate from Susano's actual body.
