Tactics involving anything outside of a frontal collision seem to be just outside the grasp of Scattershot. Above all things he is known for fighting until he is out of ammo or his opponent has been taken down. Often when found on the field of battle, he can be found in a frenzy blasting the enemies of Crystal City. In his alt modes he takes on the form of a heavily gunned, space ship and a battle station.
