Bregev was an Andorian chan or thaan in the mid 24th century, the son and heir apparent of Collev, the King of Greater Andoria. Bregev was killed, along with Collev, in a suspicious shuttlecraft accident in 2365. (TNG - Enterprise Logs short story: "The Captain and the King") Bregev is identified in the story as a male, though the Andorian four-person mating practice is mentioned.
