Wings of Icarus is Pit's Up Special Move in Super Smash Bros. Global Apocalypse. This makes Pit's wings glow a blue colour and gives him the ability to fly for 3 seconds. After it is used, it leaves Pit in helpless state. Unlike Brawl, Wings of Icarus can now deal minimum damage to anyone he touches from above. It does not deal however any knockback.
