Captain Blondebeard is the proprietor of Blondebeard's Chicken Shoppe, a chicken restaurant located near the center of Puerto Pollo, the main town of Plunder Island. While a kindly and warm individual, he nevertheless did not take criticism of his cooking lightly. Blondebeard regarded himself a Connoisseur o' Carrion, and claimed to be a huge fan of his fried chicken recipe. One of the things he enjoyed most of his cooking was the crunchiness of the beaks between his teeth.
