Gaeriel Skywalker was born in 47 ABY to Ben and Vestera Skywalker. Unlike her male ancestors, she was not a fighter, preferring to stay in the Jedi Temple and study the history of both the Jedi and the Sith. She took a particular interest in Zhell mythology which expressed the religious views of the earliest known humans in the galaxy. However, she was still good at lightsaber combat and enjoyed practicing with her friends while she was a youngling.
