A small village located in the southern reaches of the Dunan region, near the Dunan Republic's border with the Toran Republic. Banner lies on the banks of the Dunan River. Located officially in the Dunan principality of South Window, Banner is nominally a small fishing village, unknown to many. News of outside events rarely reaches the village and the majority of its populace are content to spend their entire lives in the Banner region. The town returned to its natural obscurity following these incidents, however.
