The Forerunner Caretakers are a playable faction in the Halo real-time strategy game Halo Wars: The Great War. They are a minor faction in the game, beholding campaigns, units and planets. Forerunner Caretakers are the sentinels and monitors left behind after the activation of the Halo rings that maintain all the remaining Forerunner Technology and Installations.
