None of the Visored were shown to be dead. Most of them are fine after being healed by Hachi/Unohana during/following the battle with Aizen. Hiyori was said to be in a delicate condition, with Unohana having done all she could to save her, but it being up to Hiyori whether she lived or died. Mashiro was badly beaten up by Wonderweiss, but was saved by Kensei and put aside. Her injuries were not said to be life threatening, but she has not been seen or mentioned since. Kensei has not been seen since releasing his Bankai while fighting Wonderweiss. Wonderweiss survived their encounter and later fought Yamamoto. We never saw or heard of Kensei since then. Read into that what you will, as there are no confirmations either way.
