The Abyssal full helm is a piece of abyssal equipment and the helm counterpart of the Melee-type abyssal armor, which requires 75 Defence and 75 Constitution to wield, and can only be found as a drop from the Abyssal dragon, which requires level 75 slayer to defeat. The helm provides a very good life point boost for low level players and so it is very useful for tier 75 tankers.
