The Chairman of the Galactic Federation is believed to be the highest ranking person in the Galactic Federation. The first known Chairman was Chairman Vogl, who was followed by Chairman Keaton. In Metroid: Other M, it is stated that the Chairman of the Federation was actively involved in investigating the BOTTLE SHIP conspiracy. Whether or not it is still Keaton is unknown, as his presidency may have expired by the time of Other M.
