Ghazi Farsoun was a Palestinian national responsible for the mortar attack on the farmhouse belonging to former Mossad Director Eli David with the attack resulting in the death of Eli's daughter, former Mossad Liaison Officer-turned-NCIS Special Agent Ziva David.
