The CEO of Hasbro Toy Company and obsessive Neo Scary Godmother fan, Diego Brando at one point attempted to kidnap and harvest the organs of two certain members of Neo Scary Godmother to produce high quality plastic for his own custom Neo Scary Godmother action figures. He has a gross mouth crack that he must apply topical ointment to, or risk infection. He at times uses an animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex to disguise himself and conceal his important role as CEO of Hasbro. Totally not a relative to Dio or Jimmy. He has encountered both Farley and Shakre.
