The Methwood was, as of 1372 DR, a dense forest in Unther inhabited by chimeras, druids and the green dragon Skuthosiin. It was rumoured that a potentially ancient city of the Turami was lost in the forest. As of 1374 DR, a cell of the Eldreth Veluuthra, led by Talindra Amalith of the Vel'Nikeryma, operated in the forest.
