Mr. Monk and the Critic is the sixth episode of the eighth season of Monk. In this episode Natalie figures out a murder. There a just several problems. First the suspect is a noted arts critic who just gave her daughter's performance a bad review, which undermines her credibility. Second the man has an airtight alibi, which includes Monk and Natalie.
