The project was assigned to Mr. Henning's class, as revealed by Carly. Carly was very protective of it, as people in the apartment were treating the city poorly by touching it and using it as a coaster. The city was put in the hands of Griffin for a brief period of time, but he set the city on the floor in order to tend to his Pee Wee Babies. In the end of the episode, Sabrina accidentally destroyed the city by stepping all over it, after being squirted in the eye with lemon juice. Carly says that the moral of her project was only to teach real community values.
