Able to copy weapons and voices, he was sent to retrieve Lije. Attacks and armed with green pepper bombs & shellfish darts. He can also attack with an amplified screech, similar to those of actual sea otters. Brutally defeated by Abare Killer in Abare Mode and killed by AbarenOh Velius.
