This specific prison camp, like its few predecessors, was run by cloned Trandoshans and a reorganized battalion of both Stormtroopers and Shocktroopers. This certain prison camp was established 46 ABY by Crad Nor, a Sullustan scientist who owned a cloning business. Though the entire structure was not formed until 47 ABY, but its strict rule was continuously practiced.
