Dayanara Sanar Ryelle (born January 7, 1986) is a contemporary novelist, specializing in thriller and action/adventure novels. As of summer 2012, she has written two novels, including one under the pen name Catriona Cassidy. Dayanara's poetry has also appeared in various collections, including the 40th edition of Olivet College's Garfield Lake Review. Her "calling card" is a strong female protagonist, often with a military background, who packs a nine millimeter Smith & Wesson.
