The Kylan-3 is SoroSuub's entry into the 'super-heavy' blaster pistols. Its power (and bulk) is such that it has been nicknamed the "Sullustan Blast Cannon". Its output power is such that it is typically restricted on just about any civilized world. Indeed, it's stopping power and armor-piercing capabilities exceed that of most blaster rifles, though at shorter range than most conventional blaster pistols. While not especially 'pretty', this weapon's frame belies a certain functional elegance. Its frame of black composites and dully finished metal has attachment points that can easily take a variety of special sights and interfaces.
