Blood Domination was a Shadowlands Power which granted the blood of the tainted individual powerful properties. Anyone who would drink even a thimbleful of the blood became a subject of their demands. They would begin to obey every wish of the tainted person. The effects of this power could be surpressed for months, creating a "Sleeper Agent" to be awakened when needed.
