The Plumb Clinic is a vertigo treatment clinic that Lucille Austero spent a month at. When Michael tries to woo her by taking her for a drive in his new car, he undoes all of work that she did at the clinic and gives her vertigo again. It is presumably run by Dr. Sandor Plumb, and "plumb" is a construction term for "upright". ("Queen for a Day")
