Ruslan Goncharov is a Ukrainian ice dancer who competed at the 1998, 2002 and 2006 Olympic games with partner Elena Grushina. Goncharov retired from competitive figure skating after winning the bronze medal in 2006. Goncharov and Grushina were married to each other for several years before eventually divorcing.
