Signed by Mickey Adams from Cape Town Spurs and made his debut at Southend. Part of the squad for both the 1998 and 2002 South African World Cup squad (though having to pull out of the 1998 squad due to injury) he found first team games hard to find and shortly after joining the club moved on to Oxford United. Also playing for Santos, Mamelodi Sundowns and Supersport United. He continues to play football, and is also a co-presenter on South African sports broadcaster, SuperSport.
