Griselda was Xenovia's swordmaster and legal guardian during her time in the Church. Griselda treats Xenovia like a younger sister and was angry with her for becoming a Devil without thinking, but still continues to care for her. Xenovia, on the other hand, is shown to be extremely fearful of her.
