The Board of Trustees is a collection of trusted users which handle important decisions concerning the state of the wiki. These members are voted onto the Board by the wiki community. The Board discusses important matters and logs are kept here. As the Board's decisions carry great weight, staff members are expected to acknowledge them and carry out passed motions. It is important to note that the Board's word is not law; If the staff or the wiki community find issues with the Board's decisions, they can be reversed. The Board was initially founded in 2009, though was eventually disbanded. The Board was later reformed in 2011 and it resumed its original duties until mid-2016, when it was once again declared defunct.
