The protocol droid referred to as Jabba's protocol droid was owned by Jabba the Hutt in 42 BBY. The droid, whose serial number is unknown, translated for Jabba while he spoke with a team of MI5 agents at his palace. It was one of the longest lasting droids that Jabba had ever owned.
