Stand-Off Between Mike Franks and Arkady Kobach is an incident that took place in October 2006 and which saw former NIS/NCIS Special Agent Mike Franks engaging in a stand-off against wanted arms dealer, Arkady Kobach. The stand-off ended with Franks's protege, NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs killing one of Kobach's men while Franks himself later shot Kobach dead.
