Hizari, after becoming Kurakage, decided that it was necessary for him to create a fire technique that was above all others, in both power and elegance, which would assure his place in the annals of history. With this in mind, he began work on what would become known as the strongest fire technique ever performed by a Kage shinobi. Hizari first began working on the color of the technique. When he thought about it, he decided that he wanted a the flames his technique would produce to be a deep red, and after much experimentation, produced the desired color.
