The Coureur des Bois or Coureur is a French civilian unit featured in Age of Empires III, an improved version of the Settler. Historically, they hailed from New France (now, Canada and the Central United States) and thrived through trade with natives. Allying with the Cree will also allow for the creation of Coureurs.
