Samuel Windu was the secret son of Jedi Master Mace Windu. He was born in 24 BBY to Mace and Leia Windu, his secret wife. He wielded a green lightsaber. He was taught by his father before the latter's death at the hands of Palpatine. He was a master of Ataru and was known for his aggression in lightsaber duels. He vowed to avenge his father's death by destroying Palpatine. The two actually did duel on Haruun Kal. Samuel actually gained the upper hand and as he lunged for the killing blow, Palpatine, using the force, leapt to his imperial shuttle that flew over them to rescue Palpatine. Samuel, with the help of Nautolo Fisto, dueled Palpatine on the Death Star, where Nautolo killed Palpatine. He would die many years later from old age after training his final padawan, Dipika Billaba, niece
