In case no one watched "The Transformers: The Movie," Wheelie became a Rejectformer because he speaks in rhymes. That, and he has a high-pitched voice. A little tiny "Eye-Bleed Orange" Autobot with a high pitched voice who speaks in rhymes and fights with a slingshot. It's a recipe for disaster, or at least that's what most Autobot leaders thought. But Biddimus Prime isn't most Autobot leaders. He views Wheelie as a great soldier and a valuable friend.
