An Applicant is the rank given to a user that is joining/making an account on the Sploder Community Forums. This rank is widely considered to be in between the Grunt rank and the Private rank. While not an actual member, the Applicant's Avatar will temporarily appear on the "Who's Online List". One does not need to have a Main Site account to join the Forums. A Lieutenant or a General will choose to accept the Applicant. Applicants that share the same Identification Pass, or Alternate Account made without permission will not be accepted.
