An unnamed Psi Cop met with a senator and Morden in early 2260 to discuss how it would be easy to dismiss the recording that had had been made by B5 pilot Warren Keffer, whose ship was destroyed by the Shadow vessel, and recovered by an ISN agent. Morden had hoped that it could be dismissed as an isolated incident. The Psi Cop found that the idea of a threat to planetary security was very appealing and that it could help "speed up the program here at home."
