In episode 1 of Shippuden, Naruto asked Shikamaru if he was dating Temari. Tsunade later said something along the lines of "Naruto assumed wrong, Shikamaru is only escorting Temari around Konoha for the Chuunin Exams." Whether or not Temari and Shikamaru will get together depends on Masashi Kishimoto, but due to that blatant "OMG they are not dating" bit of dialogue there, I'd say that it is doubtful.
