Holyfiends are the strongest Warfiend in RuneScape (making them the strongest fiends in runescape) and can only be found in Radiver's Dungeon (which requires 72 Slayer to enter) in the second sector of the dungeon. They can only be assigned as a slayer task by Radiver. Holyfiends use ranged attacks, which aren't very accurate but can cause very high damage, so it is highly recommended that players should use protect from ranged at all times and bring a few prayer potions with them.
