Vyselennaya was a synthetic planet located within the Unknown Regions, and was one of the last known creations, along with Anastasius, of the ancient Xaxax species. Very little was known about Vyselennaya, although it was revealed to have been Boudika Veris' homeworld and while it had no central government, it did have a sizable population with several cities scattered throughout the planet.
