The WRB (short for White-Robed Being) is a Time Guardian. He got into a fight with Genetoes. Much later, he came to Serecio, and gave him his Orb of Summoning, allowing him to, well, summon some people to fight by his side in the Battle of Mordor. Serecio, in turn, told the WRB that, in the event of his death, the WRB was to take his place on the Council of Great Beings.
