Creator's Note: We got a 13373 hacker on the loose! The Hacker Bloon, known informally as the "13373 h4x0r b700n", it is a seriously over powered Bloon. It moves as fast as a Pink Bloon, Regenerates 1337.3 Layers each second, and has a special attack. It appears to be a Grey Bloon, with Headphones and a Laptop. The two items simply floating as the bloon moves along. These affect gameplay as well.
