Peter (Pyotr Andreievich) (born 21 November 1961 in Tsarskoye Selo, Saint Petersburg, Russia) is Prince of Russia and fourth in line to the throne of Russia, following his paternal halfbrother, Prince Alexis. Prince Peter is a son of Prince Andrew Andreievich of Russia and his second wife Kathleen Norris. Prince Peter is unmarried. He is #230 in line to the throne of Sweden. He is followed in line to the Russian and Swedish thrones by his brother Andrew.
