The Christmas Eve Blizzard of 2007 occured over five states throughout the Midwestern United States in December 2007. The blizzard started on the 24th and continued through Christmas Day to the 26th. During the snowfall, 207 Sweetmaple Avenue – the home of Alexandra Quick, Claudia Quick and Archie Green – caught fire and burned to the ground.
