Keenan's loft spans the entire top floor. He needs the space because his advisers-- Niall, Tavish and Quinn-- and various Summer Girls also call the loft home, especially in the colder months. Keenan has moved all over the globe searching for the Summer Queen. In each place, he has found a suitable building and had portions of the interior remodeled with the illusion of the forest. The loft is the upper floor of an apartment building overlooking one of Huntsdale's parks. Along with portions of appearing forest-like, birds live in the loft and fly through the rooms.
